Job Title: Vacation Rental Housekeeper
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Local Travel Required)
Pay: $250 - $500 per week (Paid Weekly)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining vacation rental properties to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards for incoming guests.

Requirements:

Reliable personal vehicle (required).
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Smartphone with reliable internet access.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Must be able to start immediately and complete paid training right away.
Vacation rental or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all living areas.
Thoroughly clean kitchens and bathrooms.
Make beds and stage properties to company standards.
Inspect homes for damage, missing inventory, and maintenance issues.
Restock guest amenities and supplies.
Take photos and complete checklists using a mobile app.
Report issues promptly and communicate with the operations team.
Maintain consistent quality while working independently and efficiently.
