P2P Clean is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to service our growing portfolio of short-term vacation rentals in the St. Augustine area.

This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, understands the importance of presentation, and can complete vacation-rental turnovers efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete full vacation-rental turnover cleans between guest stays.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Make beds and properly stage each property for arriving guests.
Handle and organize linens as required for each turnover.
Restock provided guest consumables and supplies.
Check the property for missing, damaged, or low-stock items.
Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and staging instructions.
Take required completion photos.
Immediately report damages, maintenance concerns, excessive messes, or supply shortages.
Ensure the property is completely guest-ready before leaving.

Schedule:

This is a flexible, part-time position based on guest checkout schedules. Most turnovers take place between approximately 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, including weekdays and weekends.
The St. Augustine portfolio currently averages approximately 6–8 cleans per week, but volume may fluctuate based on bookings.
Weekend availability is important.

Requirements:

Reliable personal transportation.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable smartphone with the ability to use scheduling/communication apps and submit photos.
Ability to travel between properties throughout St. Augustine.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent reliability and time management.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Comfortable lifting laundry/supplies and performing the physical duties associated with cleaning.
Short-term rental or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but strong candidates can be trained.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a consistent part of our St. Augustine operation—not someone looking to pick up an occasional clean. Reliability, communication, resourcefulness, and quality are extremely important in this role.
